Blogging Happiness

I am feeling very satisfied right now. Actually the words that come to mind are thrilled, ecstatic, delighted, happy, tickled pink, and invigorated. Wilma’s Wine World has been selected as one of the “Most Intriguing New Wine Blogs of 2008” in Tom Wark’s Fermentation: The Daily Wine Blog.

Fermentation Daily Wine Blog

News like this doesn’t come often. Nor is it something to be taken for granted. There are tons of wine blogs out there, and more are popping up each day. The fact that someone who has built a great deal of credibility in the world of wine blogging himself, thinks my blog has value and is actually worth spending time reading- is well…sigh, sigh, FRIGGIN’ AWESOME! It certainly is proof that the late nights, early mornings, and massive doses of under eye concealer aren’t going to be going away any time soon.

Ok, back to earth for Wilma. Time to prepare for another Board of Directors Meeting. You know what that means… financial reviews, executive reports, hard core business decisions, and a whole bunch of family BS thrown in for good measure!

Congratulations Kim!

I just discovered your Blog because of a mention from Tom Wark a few days ago.

It's a very easy, interesting read and I can imagine the time & effort involved!

Happy Holidays,

Stu

p.s. You want to sail for only 6 months? ;)

Thanks so much everyone. I'm still kind of shocked, as I never fancied myself as much of a writer.

I love telling it "like it is" and welcome any and all ideas for future posts! In other words, is there something you've been dying to know but never knew who or where to ask?

P.S. Stu, what other blogs do you like?
